Talk to Loric in Aganju.  Pay him 1000 credits for a share in Hyperia. Get
the mission.   

1/10 Scan Ecs Sierpe with a GetCo Datacom.  Datacom can be bought from Mercury
    Staiton in Glory's Orbit, or player made.

2/10 Scan the Arrojar Array with the GetCo Datacom

3/10 Scan Appian Gate with the Datacom

4/10 return to loric

5/10 Pick up Hyperium crystals from spatial Anomalies near Andaren's Tomb

6/10 return to Loric with the Crystal

7/10 Take the crystal into a Maelstrom  (mondara is probably easiest, no high
     level vrix guards ... closer to Lagarto.)

8/10 return to loric

9/10 Take crystal to Crystal Collection Area  at end of Hyperia Gate Staging Area

10/10 return to loric, for mission reward.
