This is the mission to build the fishin' reel to activate Tada-O gate.

First, talk to Old Booney in cooper next to the tada-o gate to get the mission.

Step 
1/3 	Old Booney Needs a better Fishin reel:
    Build a Rewired Fishing Reel  (not tradable)   out of:
    Broken Drill assembly (loot only, from belters in Freya or Fenris by Akara's Tear, or slayton -- misguided belter drudge (cl11) between staffords cairn and remains, also misguided belter drone cl 10 )
    Roller Press (buildable, from zeke mission)
    Duct Tape    (buildable, from zeke mission)
    Whittled Steel Thumpin Stick ( Loot only, from any CL 53 mobs in DT)
    (it is under Components/Power/Generator)

    Once this is built, go back and talk to booney again.

2/3	Assemble  a Rugged Bogeril Fishing Rod
    Booney gives you 2 broken fishing rig, which you analyze to get schematics
    for some of the below components:

    You need to build Booney's Fishing Rig  (component/forged/mount, not tradable) 

    out of:
    Bogeril Fishing Pole (Vendor component, buy from Derice Huldah in GoH(Der Todesengel) --9 mil credits w/o negotiate)
    Rewired Fishing Reel  (previous step)
    Barbed Fishing Hook  (ammunition slug, tradable)
	3 Mantichora Spine (loot from Mantichora in Grissom Planet)
	  Cement (refined)
	     2 Stygian Blackwater
	     2 Bone Dust
		1 Roller Press
		  Decayed Human Bones (II) -- loot from cl 20 bio hunters
			jotunheim orefields by freespacer mood (91,-101)

    HomeMade Fishing Line  (refined Silicate lvl 4)
	(made from 3 Diamond Filament)

	   Baling Wire (*2)   (buy from Junior Malik, Vendor in GoH)
	   Diamond Dust
	     3 Refined Scylan Diamond (mine+refine, or dismantle from Evolver Vision Max (VIII))
	       Roller Press
	       Thumpin' Stick (buy from vendor Derice Huldah in Goh  for ~70k credits)

    Booney's Best Handle (tradable, mount)  (get schematic from dismantling the broken rig booney gives you)
	1 Vortex Plastic Shell Casing
	2 Grek Hide   (loot from level 6-7 greks in New Edinburgh at nav Danger Greks!)

3/3 Now for a Really Fancy Lure
    Return to booney.  He then asks you to make the lure

    Lure (lvl 7 device)
	Electro Optical Fiber  (vendor)
	Blinkin Lights  (vendor Derice Huldah in  GoH)
	Quartz Crystals (lvl 2 mined resource,  i.e. SE hydrocarbons)
	Colorful Parrot Feather (loot only RARE drop from high level RD's 
	   in Coop, New Inverness, RD Base, etc.  Need RD's of level 26+)

Once ready, to talk to booney to start the raid.


There is rumour of a glitch in the Gate Activation in that if you crash out 
after starting the activation, you will not use up yoru fishing kit.  I doubt
EA will fix this one (the game's gone on autopilot now).
