blow up eye of God.

Joyful Blinding is the bomb.  It takes
Explosives (lvl 6 trade good, from hulks, or loot off of radiated smugglers
   near destroyed moon in Arduinne)
Athanor Athena (pm/loot component. it is used in Sting of Mordana Ammunition)
Quark Synthesis 4 -- (level 6 vendor component)

build the bomb, fly to akeron's gate, warp to the Eye, activate the bomb. Flee
from the angered Vrix.

mission rewards: +500 RD faction, 2% of a combat level in combat xp.
